Can Vi's W have a bit more damage or more % armor please?

It's a single target armor shred tool. It's only 20% at all ranks. Can it be increased to say 20-22.5-25-27.5-30% armor pen each rank? Jarven has a 10% armor pen Q rank 1, but it goes up to 26%, but the big thing it's AoE and it has distance. Free AoE black cleaver from a range while Vi has to go in there to do things.

I just feel like vi isn't rewarded enough for getting in there, especially if she misses a Q and has no choice but to fight and can't run away. Other champions have abilities that if you miss, you can either not commit or just walk away. Vi doesn't have that benefit.
