Ranked needs a Fix

You see wins and loses are cool and all but what about my skill that I play at why isn't that included in my ranking? You see I can go with a 5 kda 70+ vision score 90 crowd control and have 3 towers and still lose 20 lp...... Because of 1 teammate who doesnt match up to my skill level... You see there is a thing called stability. And this ranked que's with lesser or greater elos isnt matching up with the champs they pick or the time they choose to play. If this Ranked was more based on what you did in that game to help your team I think it would lesser the LP lost when "losing" the game.. Base it on kda and vision score stuff like that we can see after game but people are quick to leave and not care about how good they did that game or where they can improve.. Lets get this going please ASAP I can help with more ideas if need be send me an email.
