devourer 3 hits for everyone

xin/yi /jax etc as melee sated are very dominant esp with other onhits such as guinso /botrk/titanic due to every 2nd hit while ranged is every 4th hit

what about 3 hits for everyone?

as for ranged junglers only kayle is normal with devourer due to E speed needed ,id go with runic kayle ,but i will have 0.7 attack speed then. QQ
