Small Gathering Storm change

Current GS:

8 Ap; 4.8 Ad/ 10 mins 24 Ap; 14.4 Ad/ 20 mins 48 Ap; 28.8 Ad/ 30 mins, etc

My suggestion:

4 Ap; 2.4 ad/ 5 mins 8 ap; 4.8 ad/ 10 mins 16 ap; 9:6 ad/ 15 mins 24 ap; 14.4 ad/ 20 mins, etc

So basically, if the numbers are too confusing, think of it as this

Current GS: 5 ap per 10 mins My GS: 2.5 ap per 5 mins

(These arent the real numbers just an example)

It feels really weird having a 10 minute gap between each bonus and it would be a lot smoother to have the bonus at 5 min intervals. Very small buff (tbh the sorc tree could use one) that would just make this rune feel better to use.
