I kinda hope that "these changes are experimental" is what Riot has in mind this time around

Cause some of these seem rather drastic. Like this is some kind of setup for an april fools joke which I know Riot has a history of doing.

I don't think making Kat get her ult back off of any kill or assist is going to be a good idea. I know even gettign to level 16 is an achievement in league of snowballs but it still seems to be a bit much.

I don't think a 30 second lux ult being reduced farther to 15 seconds is a good idea either. Give her something small like a 5 base movement speed increase instead.

THe J4 one seems kinda pointless since he tends to be played more as an assassin than a tank or a fighter most of the times I see him. He could probably use some work along the minor reworks some assassins got in the assassin class rework.

Are you sure about Kass being in a weak enough state that buffs will not make him get banned 90% of the time?

Are you sure that Ghost Crawler has not had a relapse of his wow days? I mean there is a frost mage getting buffs on the PBE
