I know that there are always constant fears of Lulu being overpowered to the point she can solo lane and Pseudo-carry like no-one's business, that she can build straight AP and no one will complain, boosting both her damage and utility. I know that a Lulu can turn Kog'maw from a gigacarry into an exacarry due to her passive and boost their speed to the point that they can chase down just about anyone, but come on! Lulu is still a massive threat even after the numerous nerfs she received post-Season Four.
