So when is Twitch going to be brought into line?

It's kind of ridiculous now, I don't know how he has been left unchecked for as long as it has been since he creeped over a 51% winrate. He out trades EARLY/ MID game carries now before he even completes an item. He is basically broken if he goes shield, and overpowered even if not. Meanwhile other hyper carries have been gutted to the point they're irrelevant before three items and boots. His stealth mechanic needs to be reworked, it has no place in bot lane as it stands. He's my go to ban. /rant
