Hexdrinker lol
I've saw a few threads about this item and i was quick to say this item isn't a strong at all...
I built this thing on Anivia vs Ekko and Fizz I didn't die to their burst after that buy.
Then playing Ascension today I built it on a Leblanc. At half health, his q and ult couldn't kill me. I managed to pull off my full combo with gunblade and kill him.
Maybe this item is a little too good.
