...Nova from Heroes of the Storm.

Perma-stealth (so basically Evelynn without the AoE reveal), a targeted slow, decoys that can be activated at will, and the highest ranged single target burst damage in the game. Also can choose one of two ults - a targeted nuke similar to Caitlyn's ult that can chunk off 50% of a squishy's health or a global ult similar to Gangplank's ult that can do significant amount of damage.

At least you can dodge LB's abilities and take barrier. Only way to outplay Nova in HotS is to be a Warrior character or have hard engage because if you're squishy you stand zero chance.

I know, different game, but just an FYI.

I. Love. Nova. She was my first main. If you practice, though, you CAN spot her stealth from anywhere in your field of vision. Eve is COMPLETELY invisible until she comes into range.

You can also dodge Nova's skillshots, by the way, but they're tough to anticipate. And she IS really hard to lock down if she uses her decoys right.
