Really small Vel'koz buff idea

This is going to be a really small buff idea for vel'koz. If vel'koz shoots a q, plasma fission, and the enemy gets hit by the first bolt and is stupid enough to flash or blink perpendicular to the first bolt at the right time, the enemy should be hit for a second time by the perpendicular bolts. As of now, an enemy cannot be hit by 2 bolts even if they flash or blink or dash perpendicular at the right time, which rarely happens. Show some more love to vel'koz! I know he is already getting a small buff.
