i am not satisfied at all with the teammates i always play with in the game i always have a newbie team and i hate this it can't be cause of my (MMR) i play good, i do my best and i always get a teammates with no mastery points champions and most of them going AFK or flame ,, i have been demoted from (Gold IV) to (Silver ll) because of them .. it's not fair to do my best and then i discover that my team is a feeder, troll picking and many times they AFK ,, i swear there is so many games i deserve to win it but i lost it because of those teammates, i don't need to play with players whom trying new champions in ranked they have to know that ranked means professional not a place to try new champ or new runes or anything new, it feels so bad to to be the better one and also lose .. they sometimes talk with enemy teammates to feed them and make them insult me when they over feed on them ,, please give any ideas to make the system pick summoners with equal skills or Rank like (Gold players cannot play with Bronze players) or any idea like that

Ok so after taking a look at ur op.gg for a good 20 mins, I was able to determine the reasons behind your frustration. 1)You die too much, especially in games that you lose. 2)You often have the least amount of team contribution in games that you lose. 3)You are easily tilted.

Here are my recommendations: 1)Disable enemy and allied chat (this helped me get to Gold) 2)Try to make your gameplay more consistent so that even in the games that you lose, you don't feed. The idea behind this is that if you truly are better than the people in your games, you should be the MVP or ACE in ever game. So basically if you're on the losing team, you should be doing better than the rest of your team. And if you're on the winning team, you should be the one carrying. 3)Try different roles. I see you play a lot of support. I recommend playing more of other roles so that you have a better understanding of the responsibilities of other roles and you can use this knowledge to become a better support. 4)If you lose 3 games in a row, STOP playing ranked for the rest of the day. True me those massive losing streaks are happening because you are tilted. Just chill and you'll climb.

I don't know why you expect to climb playing 2000 different champions. Do you think you're Apdo or Faker?
