Riot Hates You

If you dont believe me add me in game and i will show all proof including the ticket submitted. I ahve never been rankled before, ever. This preseason is my first time playing ranked. I was pited against many platinum's and golds. Many. Every one of the 10 games had plats and golds. I won 8 of my 10 placement games and was placed in gold 4. This seems fair im ok with this. HOWEVER, riot added one more placement game, where i won going 16/0. They then dropped me from gold 4 to bronze 1. I submitted a ticket with proff of facing high elo players, in which case riot closed the ticket. They did not my read my ticket, they did not help me in any way, they sent a spam message and closed me off pushing me aside. Has anyone faced such treatment before or does riot jsut hate me personally.
