lux's poke needs nerfed

So im not going to go on a rant about how lux is broken because she's not broken. Lux is extremly strong right now with the #2 winrate for mid. The problem with her e is that it outranges must other skillshots in mid other then a few but is also aoe, and slows. If anything she just needs less range on her e. The damage on it isnt the problem because lets be honest thats all thats going for lux right now is her ability to poke them with e, but with the range at what it is she can stay back and never have to engage you and be safe the entire laning phase if you're half way decent with her
