Macro help

I've been looking around for ways to macro my mouse (Logitech G502) or, less desired, keyboard (Logitech G910) to enter a line in all chat when the keybound button is pushed that reads:

:^)

If possible, I would also like my mastery emote to activate when the macro is entered. I've been looking around but still don't have a clear idea of how to do this, so if anyone has a current tutorial that explains how I could do the quote macro, and as a bonus the emote bind, then please share.
