We don't know much yet, but expect more info in the next 3-4 week (the two patch cycles approaching 7.9).
What we do know:
Likely changes to: Udyr Doran's Shield Support items Crit builds for Marksmen
Confirmed changes to: Sejuani (Class Update Major) Maokai (Class Update Major) Zac (Class Update Major)
Probably 7.9 Sej, Maokai, and Zac are getting focused. There has been talk of changes to crit. Tank itemization is being overhauled. In addition, champs may be getting some extra base MR.
