Rengar? the champ who needs to have at least 3 kills for his passive to even be existant? because he is good where? negative bronze 76? only times i've seen Rengar be good ever since the WELL DESERVED W IMMUNITY REMOVAL is when i got some shitty botlane tryna push with 150hp when rengar is lvl 7 and MIA. It's fine for Ori to get a morello and press Q-W to burst half my health outta my screen but when the 10-0 reng who got fed from stupid player oneshots ppl he is toxic

No i've never EVER felt cheated getting killed by any assasin that isnt named cancer KataWINa who still can easily faceroll her way into kills with only revolver.

About my example Rengar no the nerf wasnt major and it doesnt affect me personally to any hardcore extent cause i play him top but simply the idea of NERFING someone when there are other champs who ARE SO MUCH MORE PROBLEMATIC makes me cringe. I MEAN THIS SHIT STILL EXISTS IN THE GAME WHY DOES SHE EVEN E-X-I-S-T in this game. I'd rather get ulted by bloodseeker and bombarder by SF from doto(dota) rather have to deal with a 0-0-0 Kayle with 100 cs.
