Champion select suggestion

Hi, So here is the context, I just came through a really bad game (50min 4v5, to get backdoor by a TF...) and I went to start another one.

In the champ select, two people wanted to go adc, as the unspoken rule of blind games says, the first to call get the role yet, the second one did not respect that and said: "troll" instalocking a fiddle.

Classic would you says but, after the previous tilting game, I just did not want to play this one with a kid who would probably piss everybody off. So I decided to leave the game and get 5 min penality (as I normaly never do). And that bother me a lot that, for kids like this, and to prevent a boring game for every one, I have to be punished.

So I though, while the 5 min are passing, why not implementing a votekick-like function?

Be that in normals or ranked, those kind of people just destroy the fun even before the game start, so why should we lost LP or time just to enjoy the game?

It could be in the form of the ARAM's dices system.
