Yasuo is probably the least op out of all the champions that could be tagged as op due to the new crit mastery. However, he's still and always has been very frustrating to lane against. Add a new form of sustain and a permanent attack speed steroid for free, and yes, I would say he has crossed over to the op side of the champion pool, albeit minorly.
Hypersynergy with masteries and more crit in items will do that to a man
