I think its a gimmicky Ultimate myself and I really do think it needs replaced. I would Like to make my case for it clearly.
Demacian Justice
Range 400 (Basic attack is 175 range)
CD 120/100/80 ~ 45 seconds cool down if item CD is used.
Damage 175/350.525 + 28.6%/33.3%/40% of targets missing health
True damage On the villain.
Meaning My basic Q(150+40%AD+Trinity Force 200%AD so~800 damage a hit with my build) is better than My ultimate 99% of the time, Even against Low Health Squishies and If I can reach them with my ultimate I will most likely be able to hit them with my Q or even basic attack them to kill them.
Guys Unless the opponent is sitting at 15% HP Garen's Ultimate Is complete and utter trash that just wastes his time while the opponent gets out to safety.
Almost every other Top Lane player has a better execute in comparison To It.
Cho'Gath's Literally does 1000 True damage No Gimicks is instant and will keep growing more powerful from successful uses and it Starts at 80 seconds to cooldown.
Urgots Is a skill shot with a straight up Execute at 25% HP(Which is better than Garen's)
Darius Is an almost always hit Skill shot with Less Channeling time, Always True damage, 60 longer range than Garen's, AND it can be recast IF he kills a target. The damage is also always constant to be atleast 500 damage at skill level 1, Which blows Demacian justice away at level 1.
Camilles Ultimate Max level Will Literally deal 48% of your hp, in 4 seconds alone (Assuming attack speed of 1.5).
Mundo gets a 100% heal every 50 Seconds.
Illoi's Ultimate is literally Godly damage sitting at about 4-7k damage I have even seen it hit around 10k damage in one go. (Not that anyone survives that long in it)
My point is, Gerrens Ultimate is super situational, and almost never as good as just basic attacking, which he can almost never even land because every one elses movement is literally like a national champion long distance runner who got ahold of some speed.(Drugs are bad ok.) OR they are so stun heavy that it is not even worth trying to reach them.
Legit If all they kept was the Q and W and reworked Garens E R and Passive, I could not be mad. I want to explain something else, The only viable way to deal damage with Garen is to use Q alongside Trinity force. Nothing else you do will ever deal damage and taht is a 5 second cooldown, Legit Most fights are over in 2 seconds. You guys are playing against a champion Who has to use One skill to damage you. That is why he does not have mana, Because if he had a drawback like that he would be Unplayable.
In ending Garens Ultimate is Not very Unreliable, It is reliably a disappointment to me as I play as him.
