Idea for Greenfather's Gift

So the Greenfather's Gift rewards someone for stepping into a brush with a bit more damage on next attack. What if it rewards you also WHILE being in a brush. I had the idea of a bit more Mana/HP Regen while being in a brush. It can be for a short period of time with cd, or permanent, or etc. It doesn't have to be that huge of a buff regen, because the Mastery is not in a terrible state imo. There are various more options, such as more armor and mr while in a brush and so on.
