I think they should make Poppy follow with E

It would be a double-edged sword for Poppy, allowing the ability to hit through a flash but possibly putting her in a bad position. The most similar ability, Hecarim's E, does hit but doesn't make him follow. I'm asking for that but with the added risk to make it balanced.
