Ryze-- Ban him from pros altogether

Ryze's most recent iteration has bar none the strongest ultimate in the entire game--- for a completely, unequivocally coordinated team. So the rest of his kit takes hits. Nerf after nerf to make sure that is his only strength, because if it's not then the pros are either going to effectively lose a ban or steamroll with him on the team.

But for the rest of us, even the best of the rest of us, the way they abuse that strength is not possible. We lack the coordination. And before you say, "but you could just use discord"-- evidently that isn't working. If it were, it'd already be the case. It's not like he was reworked only a week ago.

So I think, given the nature of the ability, he should be outright banned from professional play until his eventual fourth iteration. Plenty of other games ban characters from competitive play so that the average player can still use them. Riot should do the same.
