Reminder that Lee DOES NOT have real %HP damage

His ult deals %bonus HP of the champion kicked to the champions they collide with, meaning that nobody actually takes damage based on their own HP.

His Q is %missing HP damage; it is an execute. It functions as damage amp; not tank shred. Unless you have someone on your team who dealt %HP to your target before your second Q cast, it is just dealing damage based on the flat damage that the target has already taken.
