A change I want to see during pick and bans

Anyone else find it annoying whenever they get that one person who is constantly cycling through champions whenever it is their turn to pick or ban? I would at least like the option to change it so I don't have to hear or see a person constantly swapping between champions since it feels like the equivalent of watching and hearing a pop up ad. Some might do it to play some kind of mind game with the enemy but in the end it doesn't matter since the only important choice is who you actually pick or ban. Just a quality of life change I want to see in champion select.
