The attack speed/% health nocturne???

I just dont see how it works.

His abilities dont scale off it.

And no one in the right mind is going to sit there and let you attack them. I havent played nocturne for a few months. but still , weak as hell early game. ?????? 25 bonus ad total?????????????????

Why not or something of those lines. His job is to ult in and melt the ADC, as fast as possible. Ive been seeing a ton of the attack speed nocturnes lately and killing them, consistently.

He has a fear, it lets him clear the jg with more health much faster, and the way his passive works means he does scale with AS. Plus his raw AD scaling are pretty bad in terms of dps. With AS on hit he can still burst adcs and then continue the fight. Full damage he overbursts one target then has less sustained fighting.

His W also passively gives a bonus to AS which can double pretty easily in a fight. Having a built in AS buff, plenty of burst for a squishy already, and a passive that scales off AS (in terms of how frequently if procs)

item 3147 is actually a garbage item. Its stats are alright, its passive is almost worthless. You pay too much for it all.

Youmuu's is MUCH better, and a hydra item is near core on him to maximize burst on initiation.

You're better off with attackspeed runes, buying item 1413 if you're running 12/0/18, or item 1400 if you're running 18/0/12.

item 3078 item 3748 item 3142 item 3053 item 3812 works better than full glass cannon, which relies on you finishing the game before 20 minutes. Yes, you sell your jungle item eventually. You have better things to use late game. You can even use Fmal in place of the Sterak's.

Even though you don't proc Sheen incredibly well, the stats are still excellent for Nocturne. Sheen is just a bonus, and you can still proc it 3 times in a row, considering how unreliable W and E can be in the middle of fights. That said, the abilities are still there if you're able to use them more significantly than as sheen procs.

But. You're going to be the one chasing after them instead. And they probably won't be able to get away between your Q and your fear.
