It could be as long as another week. Reread the announcement. They won't be done handing them out until the 23rd.

You have to remember they need to give this out to millions of accounts. its going to take time and they did say it would take the week to give it to everyone. There could be some people they miss (after the deadline) and when it comes to that you can always contact support. But wait till next week if you didnt receive it!
