Now that Jungle XP is being adjusted...

Can you please do something to adjust support XP gain? I'm tired of being miles behind in XP because there is no way to get it besides stealing from other laners. If you win lane, you're about one level behind a solo-laner. If you lose lane you're at least 4 levels behind. Whatever happened to that mastery that gave XP when near higher level allies?

It really sucks to be an initiator support only to find that you are 3 levels behind everyone else and you get blown up when you try to start the team fight.

I don't even know why this mastery was removed. Please consider bringing it back or tweaking something else to help out.
