Masterie RUNIC ARMOR

Yeah as I were wondering and I notice alot of people want to know how really Runic Armor works . Ill take an exemple : Yasuo . Does it work with yasuo passif , and If I take Barrier and build hex drinker , does Runic armor ( boost ) these shield . Because if not , I think you should change the words on this masterie or something , dont ya think ? Its cleary say shields on you are 8 % stronger . Well I think it might b intersting for some champions ( not only yasuo ) or in the case you guys just dont want to make it this way , Change the text on it plz ^^ . Ps : srry my engrish is bad .
