Any chance there could be another Item with the Omnivore Passive

It seems that the omnivore passive on is a success for hybrids unlike it's awkward friend, and I was just wondering if there could possibly be another Omnivore item in the future?

My only reasoning is the excess amounts of Lifesteal able to be stacked in a build: and is technically lifesteal. don't forget and (this stays in inventory for most of the game most of the time) then there is runes and masteries for even more potential lifesteal.

P.s. A good start could be making the lifegrip passive on Omnivore instead of lifesteal+vamp

Heck maybe the old could stay if the 15% spellvamp was replaced with 10% omnivore.
