talon must be buffed, and yauso, teemo, and katarina must be nerfed, imo.

Yasuo is incredibly weak Katarina already got nerfed in 4.20 (still strong but that's mostly cause of elo boosters/scripters abusing her for easy wins) Teemo is a incredibly un-popular and not that strong although very annoying Talon is weak

Teemo's in a weird spot. Wreck him early and there's almost no way he's going to catch up, but if he's way too ahead there's a slim chance of victory against him. Kat did get nerfed, albeit slightly, and Yasuo did, too, much more. Talon I think is fine in terms of damage but I wish his e cancelled channels or something.

Your opinion is irrelevant without proper facts and logic to back it up. If you're gonna post here, add some beef to it. Why do you think they should be buffed/nerfed? In what areas specifically? How would those buffs/nerfs affect their viability and gameplay? Also, "Haters gonna hate" kills off a lot of your credibility because it makes you sound like you expect/want people to be hostile towards you. You shouldn't go into a post thinking "I will get hate for this".

Yasuo will remain weak with that broiken passive of his; they need to rework the passive, he gets two items and starts auto critting which is super op.

Teemo needs a rework on his ult, its really good rarely and really bad, often.

All I think that kat could use is less AP/AD scaling on her ult, sure the nerf in 4.20 was nice but lategame the stats are exactly the same as they were, (+ 250% AP) (+ 375% bonus AD) is an insane amount of scaling, even the AD scaling considering she's an AP champion, but if she builds no AD its not that big of a deal. Nerfing her AP scaling to 200% AP would be much more reasonable and she still would have enough killing power with it but not an INSANE amount of killing power.

Teemo isn't that bad, his poison is annoying but he has plenty of counters. Kill him earlygame and he's useless.

I don't play talon often and I dont see him often, I think he's only really good if he's fed, and still he has a lot of counters. I think the nerf to his cutthroat was unnecessary and the silence would be enough to bring him back up to power.

Yasuo sucks. The only thing he's got going for him is his passive which gives him an insane crit rate, and mobility from his sweeping blade.
