Surrender Vote Requirement As A Function of Time
Time: percent of vote required to surrender 00-20 minutes: 100% 20-50 minutes: 80% 50-70 minutes: 60% 70-90 minutes: 40% 90 + minutes: 20%

Maybe 100% pre-20, then 80%, but I don't think it should fall below 60% no matter how long it goes. I think 60% for 50+ seems reasonable.
100% -20 should be implemented. If you have 2 dc or whatever you should be allowed to quit
I don't know why this was downvoted so heavily... I think it's quite reasonable. Though I'd only agree to the limits between 0 and 70min.
