An Honest Request Regarding Trundle.

So, recently, I was in a game, and I wanted to try Lucian mid. Was it smart? No. Was it fun when I tried it later? Yes. But, in this one game, I got flamed by a player in champ select, whom decreed he would troll. I shrugged. That wasn't new. He locked in trundle and said "You can never go back." His English was rough. I thought he was gonna like, try and stop me from moving with his pillar or something. But then the game started. He proceeded to use his pillar to stop me every time I tried to move, ult, recall or teleport. I can't stress enough that I had never been so detested by a player before this. And I've played several accounts. I just want to know if, and if not, why friendly displacement like this can't stop interrupting channels and moves. I don't think anybody should have to experience something like this. That is all.
