Udyrs phoenix stance buff in my opinion will help Udyr in Toplane

Phoenix stance can do damage at lvl 6, lvl 8, ect with Udyr having that buff he take down many Toplanes. He can just build armor and do damage. Not sure if that buff that was needed,, i know toplanes like darius and irelia are going to die and not sure they are ok with that. It can look interesting to see someone that has mastered udyr will take him to the jungle and all the laners die to AP Udyr. or Udyr middle, the buff really puts endless opinions on Udyr since his laning is not nearly the same.
