I talk about the attackspeed. The level-1 reduction from .67 to .625 seems ok to me, but why doesnt he get the 4% per level anymore. I mean, every champ who uses autoattacks to do some damage gets the 4%. Even Thresh and Malphite... So in midgame, considering u take the same build like before the rework, he feels very "slow". Its like half an hour between the single autoattacks. Can someone give a reason for that.

Its probably to make it so he can't stack his passive as fast as other people would auto attack.

Bloodrage is pretty powerful if he gets it.

Personally I recommend buying Titanic Hydra for its auto reset and just doing: E, Auto, Titanic Hydra (auto reset), W (auto reset +90% slow), auto, Q. If your enemy is still alive; you can probably just dunk them at this point.
