seriously i dont give a shit who you play but as support i need to know what your doing so i can fucking help you your just making things more difficult for yourself when you lock in adc bard without any communication what so ever at least fuckin answer me when i ask about it im not gonna yell at you i just need to know who to go pls seriously use words
A way different post than I thought, I agree, it's SO annoying when people don't communicate in champ select.
I think ppl are too afraid to say it beforehand because of little tolerance others have with non-meta picks. Then again, if ppl have to something to say regarding his pick, then it's going to happen sooner or later, might as well bring it on the table early.
In this ranked match I played, this guy said in champ select that he wanted to play rammus adc, and entire team was ok with it. The guy was filled with joy as we played, we lost in the end, but meh no one cared we had fun, onto next match.
The only time i do this is when i want to play AD 
but people keep dodging
That said i generally pick 
then swap into malz, because realistically they bring the same things to the table. Both have delayed burst, high % hp damage, CC ult, a good amount of range, mixed damage... the only thing i can think of that he doesn't have is grievous wounds and he swaps a slow for a silence.
Silver is so depressing.
That ADC Bard is even a thing in ranked that I've also seen is just too much.
Normals is the place to be a special snowflake.
