1v1 match making

I don't really follow the forum so I'm sorry if something like this was already posted, but recently I've been feeling like I want to play 1v1 so I can get better at some match ups and just test my skills in a lane phase type of game but without a 30min duration. Like, something were minions spawn quicker, I can chose "top lane only" match ups, or "random match ups", I know it is hard to define what is top lane only, but I guess a open chat with the enemy would be really cool and could provide a nice environment.
