Shimmer good or bad?

PBE has shimmer so you can see a champion if you damage it with a skillshot or something while they're stealthed, but only an image for a moment.

So, does anyone think this will be a good or bad change? I'm getting a mixed feel from it, really. it's nice to see their position, but i'm not sure how it interacts with DoTs like Brand Passive or Morg W. Will probably be really impactful.

I'm guessing this is the intended counterplay now that wards don't reveal anymore.
