@Riot: Any reason you stealth-reverted the Thunderlord's changes this patch?

Bugs? Was this even intentional? Abilities like GP ult and Morg W still proc thunderlords like last patch.

Edit: Apparently TLD changes wasn't supposed to be in this patch, though I have tons of footage of it not procing when it should. This tells me that it shipped to live when it shouldn't have and was probably turned off when the Darius tweak hit.
