Are we all going to get 400xp per day first win was disabled? (or some other blue essence pack)?

With the whole new blue essence system being so extremely focused on first win of the day for it to be worthwhile, are we going to be compensated for all the missed first wins?

This is now day 2 where we can't do the mission.

I get that it's not necessary and it's free content, but generally it's a good business decision to compensate your customers in these cases.
