Since when does remakes count as a loss?

Why and when was the stupid decision for remakes to be made as a automatic loss in promos made? Literally out of my control if an enemy disconnects and they remake.

Does it? Sounds like a bug, which you should report to bugs and send a ticket about.

I don't think that's intended. But don't take my word for it. Send a ticket and refrain from playing another ranked game so they can't use that as an excuse to not help you
