Reduce Talon’s Additional MR Scaling

Talon is the #1 Midlaner according to op.gg, largely due to his skyrocketing ban rate. With the reduction of mage mana, we can presume that his waveclear is less contested and that he faces fewer spells of harass during lane.

A while ago, Talon received unusual Magic Resistance scaling with his levels to make him viable midlane again. While this change was useful then, it has made him unusually tanky against mages now, and this tanki-ness snowballs him because it scales with his level. I believe that his dominance can be attributed to this toughness.

Therefore, his additional scaling should be reduced, perhaps to half the original amount, to give mages a chance to meaningfully harass him during lane and reduce the ‘free’ survivability he receives.
