its makes sense in terms of common sense/balance i mean if you ambush someone from the same spot over and over again is it really a ambush? add a cooldown to the bush he used so he cant abuse it.
I think this would actually hurt the way they play the jungle a bit.
I would suggest gitting gud. He's honestly not that good of a top laner.
this removes a lot of his out play potential and changes the core way we play rengar
