One way to nerf Vayne

Currently Night Hunter will give you the movespeed buff as long as you're moving slightly closer to the enemy

For example if 0 degrees is considered a straight line to the champion, 90 degrees is up and -90 degrees is down As long as you run 89.999999... or -89.999999 you will get the movespeed boost

What I'm suggesting is we should tighten Vayne's Night Hunger's restriction so its actually Night Hunger and not NIght Runner
