LoL has changed...

Hi! I am a season 3 player currently ranked Gold 3 and i want to share some thoughts with you fellow summoners. When i started to play LoL in season 3 i was bad, very bad, but i learned how to play the game and even today i am always willing to learn new things, new mechanics, new strategies. It was a very fun experince, don't get me wrong even today i love playing a game or two with my friends or solo, but... things have changed. I like the new ideas Riot implemented in the game, congratz for being such a active game developer but in my opinion nowadays you as a player are given to much help, i always liked the idea of buying wards because it forced you to think about making the investiment (75 gold) and that little thing added to divesity and strategy. I dislike the fact that today in ranked only about 30 champions are played constantly beacuse they are strong and i remember back in season 3 this was not the case (mostly) beacuse then there was a balance in items and stats. I watched the pro play and they only picked form a poll of aprox. 20 champions and ingored the rest beacuse there is a balance problem going on. I dislike the fact that today tanks don't mean that much to the team beacuse the ADC can melt a 200 armor tank in 5 secounds, but yeah maybe i am exaggerating but today games are very fast paced and champions have a lot of damage potential beacuse the high base damage (Ekko tank andYasuo toplane). The champion pool keeps rising and there are still 3 bans, now there are so many good kits that 6 bans per match mean nothing bescause there will always be a pick that will stomp hard because the meta says it. If the enemy team takes a dragon and some few early kills is gg beacuse the snowballing is insane, especially in soloQ because of the lack of coordonation, and i can say that games are won in the first 10 minutes because of the early kills that give a huge advantage at objective control and turret takedown.

These are the problems that bug me... This is not a whine post but please do something about the lack of viable champions, make the game more interesting!

I mean, yasuo doesn't have very high base damages. He needs items to scale and snowballing imo isn't as crazy as people say (still pretty snowbally but it's almost never gg that early)

Every champion is viable until you get into Diamond. It's impossible to get every single champion on the same footing. Besides, every game similar to LoL has some kind of meta where some champs suck and some are good.

Also, the game is never over until it's over. It becomes fairly hard when certain things happen, like having 2 inhibs down and the enemy team getting baron, but it's not over. Granted, the comebacks are harder when you are just a team full of randoms and have no communication. Though there's nothing Riot can do about that one.

The only issue I've had with League lately is the fact there's over 100 Champions; Yet only a pool of 20 ever get picked. You see the same champions in every single game; as there's no reason not to pick a better choice. The balance team has been the worst I've seen it this year - since I started in 2011.

Now Riven and Vayne are getting buffed (As they were popular picks; but arn't anymore) but rather use those buffs on you know the other top laners/ADCS that haven't been viable for years let alone picked - there going for someone in an "Ok state".

Balance has become a popularity contest of what will make them money in LCS; even represents in skins now as well. As Ekko has more skins then champions out for 3 years.
