Tabi's are out of control

The armor it gives is fine but the passive is absurd no 1100 gold item should be cutting the damage of the basic function of auto attacking by 12% while also adding the bonus damage reduction because of the base armor is making it so that just ninja tabi is enough to mitigate the entire early and early mid game damage of attack damage carries and we are now seeing the item built on every single champion in every single role in every single game and this is the same reason swiftness boots were nerfed. The boots are so broken that they become a mandatory buy on essentially every character due to their cost effectiveness and total item value. You can see what I mean by watching any of the recent lcs games where usually over half of the champions have ninja tabi's including ADC's themselves and AP carry mids whom see the value of ninja tabi being far more valuable than the traditional options of berserker greaves/swiftness and sorc shoes/lucidity boots.
