Bots in 3's?

I've heard of it in the past, never seemed to affect me but maybe 1 game out of the month? Now i'm lucky to get one game without a computer AI on my team or the enemy, it is really killing the game for me, someone is always at a disadvantage, the games you win you don't feel like you earned it, the ones you lose, you feel cheated.. please try and crackdown on it.
