Just a few ideas/suggestions 5/7/17

Let me just jump into this.
Morello- Greivous wounds lasting 8->4 seconds (too powerful since most mages kits are faster at rotating and if you can get away you deserve a shorter grievous.
Graves- Auto attacks should be considered for spell purposes an area of effect. Nerf only graves rather than deaths dance.
Kennen- passive stacks last 6->4 seconds because like previously you should be able to reapply a stack within that window without out poking Laner due to long passive.
Guardian Angel- passive should be based on damage received over the past x seconds (similar to Ekko Ult) to prevent assassins from snowballing upon death.
A new item??- very experimental but what if there was a new HP+AP item that grants more AP the less HP you have? To promote low health mages combat or help mages who get blown up too fast? For example: +400 hp; +60 AP + (100*missing health percentage)??? Real rough numbers.
