A request for priority queue

Currently if a game is forfeited because a player was MIA at the beginning it can take fifteen minutes or more to get back into game. I feel it would be fair to give a prioritized queue to those that had a game disbanded. In addition, this prioritized queue could be given to those that have a game dodged.
