matchmaking remake

So i thought we were making matchmaking better? yet i end up against a 4 man premade? how is that remotely close to better? everyone on my team was solo queuing... against a 4 man premade that literally the only reason they didnt 5 man is because their 5s team is 0/10. for crying out loud. Theres no way that should ever happen.

Just because the chances of that happening are extremely low doesn't mean it will never happen. The chances of someone, sometime, somewere getting an unfair match are nearly total. That someone just happened to be you. The matchmaking is better because it doesn't happen as often.
