low priority "issues"

What are low priority issues that you hope to see Riot fix in the next couple patches? I'm talking things (not champions) that are issues, but small enough issues that they don't require a hot fix. The ones i'm looking forward to are a "fix" for support items so that you don't have to be out of combat for the upgrade to kick in. It's just really weird that you can complete your quest and still not get your sightstone for like 10-20 seconds if you are still stuck in combat. I'm also hoping that we can get a tooltip update to manaflow band, just really want a tool tip that tells me how soon the ability is coming off cooldown. Kind of tired of wasting the charge because i used a spell JUST as the rune gets off cooldown. Also would love it if the charge wasn't used if you have full mana upon casting the spell. They are small changes that i don't think would effect the pro level and would also likely have basically zero positive or negative effect on the general player base.
